Our fully managed service means that you have no employment responsibilities, such as DBS checks, reference checks or training. We complete this all with our systems that have been in place since 2020.
Our service is rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. This means that we have appropriate systems in place to ensure your loved one receives Effective and Safe support, from a service that is Caring, Responsive and Well Led.
Our consistency guarantee makes it impossible for you to be let down at short notice. All of our Live-in packages come with the promise that if your assigned carer is unavailable, we’ll send another fully trained care worker, or a member of our management team in their place.

You’re not tied in to long contracts, we can provide short term support. This is particularly useful when a carer needs respite, or you’re being discharged from Leeds General Infirmary.
